The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Customs and Excise Duties (General Reliefs) Act 1979 (a) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (ECSC)(Quota and Other Reliefs)(Amendment No. 2) Order 1985 and shall come into operation on 1st February 1985.

2. The Customs Duties (ECSC)(Quota and Other Reliefs) Order 1984 (b) shall be amended by inserting the word "Greenland" after the word "Gibraltar" in Part II of Schedule 2 to that Order.

This Order amends the Customs Duties (ECSC)(Quota and Other Reliefs) Order 1984 by reinstating Greenland in the list of developing countries in Schedule 2 which enjoy relief from customs duty in respect of certain iron and steel products.
