ORDER IN COUNCIL ASSENTING TO A RESERVED BILL ENTITLED "AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT A CERTAIN CASUAL VACANCY IN THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL NEED NOT BE FILLED."

Whereas the Governor of the State of South Australia (being one of the States constituting the Commonwealth of Australia) on the twenty-first day of October in the year one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, reserved, for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure thereon, a certain Bill passed by the Legislative Council and the House of Assembly of the said State entitled "An Act to provide that a certain casual vacancy in the Legislative Council need not be filled":
