ORDER OF THE PRIVY COUNCIL, APPROVING TABLE OF ECCLESIASTICAL FEES AND PAYMENTS.By the Lords of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.

Whereas there was this day read at the Board a Table of Ecclesiastical Fees and Payments settled by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Lord Chancellor, and the Archbishop of York, in pursuance of the provisions of the Acts 1 and 2 Victoria, cap. 106, and 30 and 31 Victoria, cap. 135:
And whereas the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury have signified their Consent to the said Table so far as it relates to the fees and payments to be taken on the consecration of churches, chapels, and burial grounds, on the ordination of deacons and priests, and on visitations, under the provisions of the last-mentioned Act:
And whereas notice that the said Table of Fees has been submitted to His Majesty's Privy Council, has been published in the London Gazette:
Now, therefore, Their Lordships are pleased to allow the said Table of Ecclesiastical Fees and Payments, a copy of which is hereunto annexed.

TABLE OF ECCLESIASTICAL FEES
It is ordered by the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Lord High Chancellor, and the Archbishop of York that the Orders of 10th December, 1895 (gazetted 2nd July, 1895), and 29th November, 1907 (gazetted 29th November, 1907), shall be repealed, and that in pursuance of the provisions of 1 and 2 Vict. c. 106 and 30 and 31 Vict. c. 135, the following Table and Scales of Fees be ordained, settled, and established under the provisions of the said Acts.
Fees in respect of the ordination of deacons and priests and of the presentation, nomination, collation, institution, installation, induction, or licence, or any instrument, matter, or thing connected with the admission of any spiritual person to any cathedral preferment, or benefice, throughout England and Wales, and on the consecration of churches, chapels, cemeteries and burial grounds, and on and incidental to the grant of faculties to be taken by any chancellor, vicar-general, registrar, secretary, clerk, minister, or officer to whom belong the duties of transacting or doing any of such matters and things, or preparing and sealing any of such instruments, and to the chancellors or vicars-general, registrars, and other officers of archbishops and bishops, and to archdeacons and their officials and other officers on the visitation of such archbishops and bishops and archdeacons respectively, and costs of any secretary of a bishop and any registrar of a diocese under the "Incumbents Resignation Act, 1871" (34 and 35 Vict. cap. 44).
