The Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act 1966 (Commencement) Order 1966
Made 21th December 1966
At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 21st day of December 1966
Present,
The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Now, therefore, Her Majesty in pursuance of the power vested in Her by the said section 9(2) is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
1. It is hereby certified that the Convention comes into force as regards the United Kingdom on 18th January 1967.
2. This Order may be cited as the Arbitration (International Investment Disputes) Act 1966 (Commencement) Order 1966.
