REASONS
1. This decision relates to an appeal brought by the Appellant pursuant to section 57 Freedom of
Information Act 2000. It is in respect of a decision notice issued by the Respondent on 17
November 2025 with reference IC-383215-Q1B2 by which the Respondent decided that, on
the balance of probabilities, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office did not hold
information in scope of the Appellant's request for information of 3 February 2025.
