In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 1 of the Agricultural Improvement Grants Act 1959(a) and by section 36 of the Agriculture Act 1967(b) as applied by section 41(7) of that Act (to the extent that all those sections continue in force by virtue of section 29(7) of the Agriculture Act 1970(c) and the Farm Capital Grant (Repeal of Enactments) (Savings) Order 1970(d)), and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury in accordance with section 1(3) of the said Act of 1959, I hereby make the following regulations:—
