Ray Parson de D. per sait indent perenter luy & un Sajer promist & super se assumpsit super receptionem Ils. acquietabit le dit Saier, & ses assignes, & que ils serront discharge de touts dismes, quamdiu il serra parson ; Sajer covenant per mesme fait a pajer le dits Ils. apres Sajer assignes les dits dismes al Aldresh pur un an, & de an in an quamdiu les parties serront please; apres le farmor del parsonage sue in le Spiritual Court pur les clits dismes, Aldrish ad prohibition : et Calthrop le counsel del farmour pria consultation & primo il argue, que nul interest passe per ceux parols al Sajer, quia tie grant les dismes, mes que il ne paiera dismes, & fuit discharge de dismes sur le reception de Ils. que est condition precedent, Sajes case Com. 271.
