US-based national insurance and wealth services firm Alera Group has acquired six agencies, including Ashbrook-Clevidence, Inc., Benefit Design Specialists, Erich Courant and Co, Heist Insurance Agency, Simkiss and Block and The D.B.L. Center LTD, the firm said.

Effective December 1, 2021, the addition of the new locations will bolster services and expertise across property and casualty insurance and employee benefits solutions.
