Alera Group Wealth Services Acquires Wharton Business Group to Boost AUM by USD 3.5m.

Illinois, US-based Alera Group Wealth Services has acquired Pennsylvania-based wealth services firm Wharton Business Group (WBG), to increase AUM by USD 3.5bn for Alera Group Wealth Services, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
As part of Alera Group, WBG can offer to connect clients with a network of experts and advisors in other planning areas. The acquisition is part of a long-term strategic initiative to grow the assets and geographic reach of Alera Group Wealth Services both organically and through acquisition.
