Alfa Laval to Acquire Scanjet to Expand Product Portfolio for Cargo Tanks.

Swedish centrifugal separation and fluid handling company Alfa Laval has agreed to acquire tank cleaning equipment supplier Scanjet, offering solutions for marine, offshore and industrial applications, to expand product portfolio for cargo tanks, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Closing of the acquisition is expected during 3Q22.
The acquisition will extend Alfa Laval's broad tanker offering.
