The Aliens (Employment) (Polish Forces) (Revocation) Order, 195220thMay 1952

In pursuance of the power conferred upon me by paragraph (2) of Article 17 of the Aliens Order, 1920(a), I hereby order as follows:—
1. The Aliens (Employment) (Polish Forces) Order, 1948(b) (which imposes on male aliens who, not being or having been members of the Polish resettlement forces, have been members of certain Polish armed forces restrictions as to entering into, or continuing in. employment and becoming, or continuing to be, engaged in any business, profession or occupation for reward), is hereby revoked.
2. This Order may be cited as the Aliens (Employment) (Polish Forces) (Revocation) Order, 1952, and shall come into operation on the second day...
