The Aliens (Employment) (Polish Resettlement Forces) (Revocation) Order, 1952

In pursuance of the power conferred upon me by paragraph (2) of Article 17 of the Aliens Order, 1920(a), I hereby order as follows:—

1. The Aliens (Employment) (Polish Resettlement Forces) Order, 1948(c) (which imposes on certain aliens, being members or former members of the Polish resettlement forces, restrictions as to becoming, or continuing to be, engaged in any business, profession or occupation for reward, otherwise than in the service of an employer), is hereby revoked.

2. This Order may be cited as the Aliens (Employment) (Polish Resettlement Forces) (Revocation) Order, 1952, and shall come into operation on the second day of June, 1952.
