Altus Fire and Life Safety Acquires Fire Systems, Inc. to Expand in New England.

New York-based fire and life safety services platform Altus Fire and Life Safety has acquired US-based Fire Systems, Inc, a provider of installation, maintenance, testing, monitoring and certification for both alarm and sprinkler systems, primarily in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island markets, to continue growth in Southern New England, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
