A tearful Amelia, who is going to see the Strictly live tour this weekend, replied: "I'd love to."
She also got messages from Strictly dancer Karen Hauer and former contestant JJ Chalmers, who was badly injured in Afghanistan, during yesterday's BBC Breakfast programme.
Amelia, from Tamworth in the Midlands, had a leg amputated due to bone cancer in 2017.
Her new blade has more spring in it so she will be able to dance, run and jump much more easily.
