Anghami Acquires Spotlight to Expand Entertainment Streaming Capabilities.

Abu Dhabi-based music and entertainment streaming platform Anghami Inc (NASDAQ: ANGH) has acquired Dubai-based events management company Spotlight Events, to further expand into offline and virtual entertainment, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The combination of the two companies will further expand Anghami's footprint in the music and entertainment ecosystem while unlocking synergies and opportunities between both the physical and digital worlds.
The partnership will see Spotlight Events become Anghami's arm for live events...
