Introduction
[1] This is an appeal by stated case against the appellant's conviction of dangerous
driving under section 2 of the Road Trac Act 1988. The main issue raised was whether the
sheri was plainly wrong in nding it established that the appellant's driving had
compelled a police car to take immediate evasive action to avoid a head-on collision.
