The board of directors of Atlas Corp (NYSE:ATCO) approved cash dividends for the quarterly period from 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2021 of common and preferred shares, the company reported on Tuesday.

The common stock (NYSE:ATCO) dividend of USD0.125 per share will be paid on 30 April 2021 to all respective shareholders of record date on 20 April 2021.
