AZEK Acquires StruXure Outdoor to Boost Position in Outdoor Living Sector.

Chicago-based outdoor living products manufacturer AZEK company Inc. (NYSE: AZEK) has acquired Georgia-based StruXure Outdoor, Inc., a manufacturer of pergolas and cabanas, to strengthen AZEK's position in the outdoor living category, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition complements AZEK's portfolio of products that benefit from expertise in material conversion and the industry's long-term secular growth trends.
