Beacon Acquires Crabtree Siding and Supply to Enhance Building Supplies Distribution in Tennessee.

Virginia, US-based building materials provider Beacon (NASDAQ: BECN) has acquired Tennessee-based residential exterior building supplies distributor Crabtree Siding and Supply to strengthen distribution services in Tennessee, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Crabtree is a wholesale distributor complementary building products to contractors and homebuilder customers.
