The diversion route for persons affected by the Order will be signed via Jiggins Lane.

The aforementioned length of footpath will remain open for contractor's plant and for local authority and emergency services.

The temporary Order is required to allow Footway Works to be carried out in safety.

Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary. These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

The Order will come into operation on Saturday 6th March 2021 and will remain in force for a period of 20 weeks or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.

BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL (PENNS WOOD DRIVE ETC & LABURNUM DRIVE ETC, SUTTON WALMLEY & MINWORTH) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2021 NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows: To introduce waiting restrictions on lengths of PENNS WOOD DRIVE, WALMLEY ASH ROAD, LABURNUM DRIVE, HILARY DRIVE & SPRINGFIELD ROAD, SUTTON WALMLEY & MINWORTH.

The Order will come into operation on 26th February 2021. A copy of the Order together with the plans and a statement of the Council's reasons will be made available on request. BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (AS AMENDED) SECTION 14(2) (ALEXANDRA ROAD, BOURNVILLE) (T20215141) (TEMPORARY PROHIBTION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021 Notice is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering Alexandra Road at its junction with Maryvale Road.

The temporary Order is required to allow Western Power Distribution to replace High Voltage Switchgear in the Substation to be carried out in safety.
