Preamble
The panel delivered a short form decision issued on 28 January 2025 in which we
dismissed the appeal and confirmed the Respondent’s decision dated 2 December
2024. We now provide the panel’s reasoning.
The Appeal
1. By notice dated 19 December 2023 the Appellant appeals against the
Respondent’s decision made on 2 December 2024 to further suspend the
Appellant’s registration as the manager of a children’s home from 5 December
2024 to 26 February 2025.
