Finance chiefs are growing in confidence about their businesses' prospects and the strength of the global economy, despite concerns about the eurozone's recovery, according to a new poll.

The "CFO quarterly global outlook survey" by Financial Executives International and Zicklin School of Business in New York, has found that finance chiefs in the US are particularly bullish.
