  • These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Northern Ireland Reciprocal Arrangements) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 5th April 1993.
    • (1) The provisions contained in the Memorandum of Arrangements set out in Schedule 1 F3as amended by the F4Exchanges of Letters set out in Schedules F181A, 1B, 1C and 1D to these Regulations shall have effect so far as the same relate to Great Britain.“the Act” shall be construed as including references to the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 “the Secretary of State” shall be construed as including references to the Department F7for Social Development;. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .“child support maintenance” shall be construed as including references to child support maintenance within the meaning of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991;
