The Civil Evidence Act 1995 (Commencement No. 1)Order 1996
Made 19th December 1996
Coming into force 31th January 1997
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 16(2) of the Civil Evidence Act 19951, hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Evidence Act 1995 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1996.
2. Except for sections 10 and 16(5), the Civil Evidence Act 1995 shall come into force on 31st January 1997.
