George Coles, father of the supposed ward, having a wife, purchased certain lands in capite, holden of Sir Francis Tanfield, Knight, which are found by the offices to be purchased by fine and indentures, leading the use of the fine as followeth : to the use of the said [20] George Colea, and of the heirs males of his body, which he shall beget of the body of any wife, which he shall hereafter marry, and for default of such issue, then to the use of Thomas Coles the supposed ward, then son and heir apparent of the said George Coles, and of the heirs of the body of the said Thomas lawfully coming, and for default of such issue, then to the use of the right heirs of the said George Coles for ever.
