Punishment imposed In relation to Particular (i) the Defendant shall be committed to Her Majesty’s Prison for a period of 20 days. In relation to Particulars (ii) and (iii) the Defendant shall be committed to Her Majesty’s Prison for a period of 10 days to run concurrently with each other and concurrently with the period of 20 days (Total: 20 days imprisonment).

Brief reasons for Committal (or suspended;
(i) In breach of Paragraph 5 of the Injunction Order dated 5 June 2020, on 19 June 2020 the Defendant made verbal threats to Thomas Hughes, a tenant at 14 Beech Tree Avenue, including a threat to kill Mr Hughes;

(ii) In breach of Paragraph 3 of the Injunction Order dated 5 June 2020, on 22 June 2020 loud banging noises were heard coming from 14E Beech Tree Avenue so to cause nuisance and annoyance to people in the vicinity of 14 Beech Tree Avenue;

(iii) In breach of Paragraph 2 of the Injunction Order dated 5 June 2020, on 22 June 2020 the Defendant had a male and female visitor to the flat at 14 Beech Tree Avenue, Caerphilly.
