3. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]
i) Engage in conduct causing or capable of causing harassment, alarm and distress to any
person located within the area known as The Friary, Salisbury (bordered red on the map
attached to the Order)
ii) use violent behaviour towards any person located within the area known as the Friary,
Salisbury
iii) Abuse, shout at, swear at or threaten other residents or visitors of the Friary, Salisbury
4. The court found following admissions made and after hearing his evidence that he had
breached that order by
i) Shouting at and abusing his mother, Sharon Lewis, a resident of The Friary, in Friary
Lane, Salisbury, at 2329 on 18 July 2020, in breach of paragraphs (i) and (iii) above (this
breach was admitted)
ii) Assaulting Michelle Butcher, a resident of The Friary, in her flat at 21 Friary Lane,
Salisbury, on 18 July 2020, by seizing her, causing her to fall to the ground and causing
bruising to her face
5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)
