In relation to the above numbered case on 19th August 2020, Her Honour Judge Howells sitting in the County Court at Llandudno Magistrates Court as a Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 68 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 22nd February 2019 as extended by the Order dated 25th February 2020. The basis of the sentence imposed is that Anthony Williams

was in breach of the Injunction, by :-

  1. On 9th July 2020 at 11am the defendant was kicking the communal door of 8 Dundonald Road when trying to gain entry, the Defendant was attempting to break the glass of the door with rocks and bricks.
  2. On 9th July, the Defendant was making excessive noise within Flat 3, Dundonald Road.
  3. On 13th July 2020 at approximately 5:30am, the Defendant was making excessive noise within and around Flat 3 Dundonald Road including inciting Brian Rowlands to threaten Luke Baker.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 22nd February 2019 as extended by Order dated 25th February 2020 to which Anthony Williams was subject.
