Track access contract between Network Rail Infrastructure Limited
and GB Railfreight Limited dated 11 December 2016: Notice of
Consent to a Supplement to the Track Usage Price List
Pursuant to paragraph 2.2.10 of Schedule 7 of the track access contract dated 11
December 2016, the Office of Rail and Road hereby consents to the parties’ request,
made on 3 October2023, under paragraph 2.2.7 of Schedule 7 to supplement the
Track Usage Price List to include rates for JNA-X wagons carrying Construction
Materials.
For the purposes of the track access contract, the section of the Track Usage Price
List entitled “Freight Variable Usage Charge Rates” shall be supplemented by the
inclusion of:

This supplement shall have retrospective effect from the first date that these vehicles
were used on the network, or 1 April 2019, whichever is later. The rates in the above
table are 2017/18 prices, consistent with the price base of the Track Usage Price
List.
