Consolidated Fund (No. 1) Act, 1932.

(22 & 23 Geo. 5.) CHAPTER 14.

All Act to apply certain sums out of the Consolidated Fund to the service of the years ending on the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two and one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

Most Gracious Sovereign,

We , Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Commons of the United Kingdom in Parliament assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sum hereinafter mentioned; and do therefore most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

S-1 Issue of 513,847l. 4s out of the Consolidated Fund for the service of the years ending 31st March 1931 and 1932.

1. The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom and apply towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the service of the years ending on the thirty-first day of March one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one and one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, the sum of five hundred and thirteen thousand eight hundred and forty-seven pounds four shillings.

2. The Treasury may issue out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom and apply towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, the sum of two hundred and one million six hundred and eight thousand pounds.
