The Modem Law Review
[Vol.

This book is a superb addition to existing labour law literature. It will occupy a
central place in the teaching
of,
and research into, modern British industrial
relations law.

Corrigendum
Due to a production mishap a number of authors’ corrections were not included
in
the last issue of the
Modern
Law
Review.
We apologise for this mistake. In
particular would readers please note that an important sentence was omitted from
footnote 39 of the article by Richard Nobles and David Schiff ‘Miscarriages of
Justice: A Systems Approach’: ‘The Criminal Appeal Bill published in February
proposes the replacement of C3 Division by a Criminal Case Review
Commission; but such a Commission will only have the same powers of referral to
the Court of Appeal after investigation, as did C3 Division.’
In footnote
6,
the reference to ‘hypercircle’ should read ‘hypercycle’.
