The Coypus (Keeping) (Amendment) Regulations 1968

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State for Scotland in exercise of the power vested in them by section 2 of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 1932(a) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, acting jointly, with the approval of the Treasury, hereby make the following Regulations :—

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations which may be cited as the Coypus (Keeping) (Amendment) Regulations 1968 shall come into operation on the 1st January 1969.

Amendment of the Coypus (Keeping) Regulations 1967

2. Regulation 4(2) of the Coypus (Keeping) Regulations 1967(b) is hereby amended by substituting the figure "£4" for the figure "£2".

In Witness whereof the official seal of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is hereunto affixed on 10th December 1968.
