Crusoe Energy Systems Acquires Modular Data Centres Maker Easter-Owens.

Colorado, US-based clean computing infrastructure Crusoe Energy Systems LLC has acquired Denver-based modular data centres manufacturer Easter-Owens Electric Co. to vertically integrate data centre design and manufacturing capabilities, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will enable greater manufacturing capacity, supply chain control and flexibility in support of scaling Crusoe's Digital Flare Mitigation, Crusoe Cloud and other data centre operations.
