The Customs Duties (ECSC) (Quota and Other Reliefs) (Amendment) Order 1986

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Customs and Excise Duties (General Reliefs) Act 1979(a), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (ECSC) (Quota and Other Reliefs) (Amendment) Order 1986 and shall come into operation on 2nd May 1986.

2. From the coming into operation of this Order, Article 2(2) of the Customs Duties (ECSC) (Quota and Other Reliefs) Order 1985(b) shall not apply to goods which fall within subheading 73.07 A.I or 73.07 B.I. and which originate in Brazil.
