The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Customs and Excise Duties (General Reliefs) Act 1979(a) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (ECSC) (Quota and Other Reliefs) (Amendment) Order 1985 and shall come into operation on 11th January 1985.

2. The Customs Duties (ECSC) (Quota and Other Reliefs) Order 1984(b) shall be amended by deleting the word "Greenland" in Part II of Schedule 2 to that Order.
