One bought lands of B. and had possession, and the evidences delivered him, which he carried to Tiaek for advice : Tiack pretends the covenants were too general, but after buys the land himself. Davy, who was the first purchaser, moved that Tiack might redeliver to him the writings he had of him, and put him in the same posture he was. And Parry's case, Mich. 21 Car. 2, R.
