New track access contract between Network Rail Infrastructure Limited and Grand
Union Trains Limited
On 21 June 2022 Grand Union Trains Limited submitted the above proposed track access
contract asking us to direct Network Rail to enter into it under section 17 of the Railways Act
1993 (the Act).
Further to the decision letter dated 1 December 2022 approving the application made by
Grand Union Trains Limited, and having recently consulted you on the terms of the contract,
we have now issued the enclosed directions.
