New track access contract between Network Rail Infrastructure Limited
and Grand Union Trains Limited
Under section 17 of, the Railways Act 1993, and having consulted you and Grand Union
Trains Limited, regarding their application on 21 June 2022 to be the parties to the above
proposed track access contract, I am directing you to enter into the track access contract
as described in the annex to this letter, no later than 9 July 2023.
You shall be released from the duty to enter into the track access contract if Grand Union
Trains Limited does not enter into it as described on or before 9 July 2023.
A copy of these directions has been sent to Grand Union Trains Limited.
