COUNCILLOR'S SURGERY Councillor Alasdair MacPherson can host an online surgery at any point, to book an appointment, please email him at: macphersona@stirling.gov.uk and he will email you with instructions on how to access the meeting. Alternatively, he can be contacted on 01786 233120, if there is no answer, please leave your contact details on the answering service and he will get back you within a couple of hours. LADYWELL CHURCH there will be a service on Sunday, May 30 at 11.15am. Places are limited and can be booked by phoning Mandy Kinnell on 07928 689384. Social distancing will be observed, masks must be worn and hand sanitiser will be provided.

ALLAN CHURCH Service on Sunday, May 30 at 11.15am will be led by Rev Ken Russell. After the successful service by the sole nominee on May 9, the church is delighted to announce Rev Peter Gill will start his appointment soon, with remit for Cowie and Plean and Bannockburn Allan. While the numerical limit has been lifted by the Scottish Government and replaced with Physical Distanced Building Capacity (PDBC), the PDBC for the Allan Church is 90 and this is displayed at the front door as per legal requirements. Other mitigations are still in place i.e. seating is still restricted because of COVID 19, but hand sanitisers, and face masks are available (should you forget your own). Social distancing and a one-way system will be the order of the day in and out of church. The services are shorter than normal because there is no singing of hymns or reciting prayers in accordance with Scottish Government and Church of Scotland guidelines. Please note that you use the building at your own risk.

MURRAYFIELD UF CHURCH Sunday's service will be available from 10.30am on YouTube at Murrayfield UF Online, The Murrayfield Phone Link continues this week, as does the Murrayfield Indoor Walking group on Zoom on Mondays and Fridays at 4pm. The General Assembly of the United Free Church takes place on Zoom from Wednesday to Friday this week and can be viewed live from the UF Church website.

CLASSES Slimming World now in the Crawford Hall every Tuesday from 7.30am till 9.30am. Slimming World Braehead is operating as Venue and Virtual on Tuesdays. This allows members to weigh in at the hall and get the support of image therapy from their own front rooms. Please call Angela on 07846 780027 for more details.

BRIDGE OF ALLAN

WALKING GROUPS Walks cancelled until further notice. ST SAVIOUR'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH All public worship is suspended until further notice. All meetings, study groups, events and social gatherings connected to St Saviour's are also suspended. BRIDGE OF ALLAN PARISH CHURCH The church will be open for morning worship this Sunday. Two services will be held in the Chalmers Hall and will be conducted by Rev Dan Harper. A family service will be held at 10am and a traditional service at 11am. To comply with social distancing rules, seating is limited and booking is required for either service. To book seats please call 07942 257596 or email bridgeofallanparishchurch@gmail.com and state which service you would like to book for and how many seats you require. Please book your seats by midday Friday before each Sunday service. Our online broadcasting will also be available, with a short reflection online at 8am and a full service of worship, broadcast live, at 10am.
