US-based digital performance advertising solutions provider Digital Media Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: DMS) has acquired audience activation, re-engagement and retargeting platform provider Traverse Data, Inc, the company said.

Traverse Data leverages data and technology to generate new customers for advertisers and incremental revenue for publishers, via a commercialized audience activation, re-engagement and retargeting platform.
