DOE, ON THE DEMISE OF LLOYD AND ANOTHER, against DEAKIN AND ANOTHER. Saturday, May 12th, 1821. The fact of a tenant for life not having been seen or heard of for fourteen years by a person residing near the estate, although not a member of his family, is primfi, facie evidence of the death of the tenant for life. Ejectment for certain premises, situate at Trewillan, in the county of Salop. Plea, general issue. The demise was laid in the year 1818.
