Dover (NYSE: DOV), a company that delivers equipment and components, specialty systems, consumable supplies, software and digital solutions, and support services through three operating segments, has completed the sale of Finder Pompe Srl to Gruppo Aturia SpA.
As a result of the deal, Dover will receive USD24m in cash and will record a non-cash after-tax charge of around USD40m to USD50m due to the write off of net carrying value of assets, including goodwill and foreign exchange cumulative translation adjustment held in equity.
