EAB Group Oyj (HEL:EAB), a provider of investment management services, announced on Wednesday that it is continuing measures to increase profitability and plans to start a new efficiency programme.
This planned efficiency programme has a goal of achieving savings of EUR1.0m in personnel and other costs.
According to EAB, during recent years it has invested into internal efficiency in the form of new IT systems and new ways to organise work.
Starting from summer 2019, the company has a new operative IT system in full use, instead of several old systems. Also, the company has implemented a new agile method of performing all its development and project activities.
Reportedly, the purpose of the efficiency plan is to help the company to achieve its profitability and other strategic goals by enhancing the client centric and scalability of the company's activities.
