EdgeUno to Acquire Ecuadorian Cybersecurity, Private Cloud Managed Services Provider New Access.

US-based Infrastructure as a Service provider EdgeUno and Ecuador-based cybersecurity and private cloud managed services provider New Access S.A. have executed an agreement under which EdgeUno will acquire all the assets and shares of New Access and its operation in Ecuador, the companies said.
Upon closing of the definitive agreements, and required approvals from relevant authorities, the acquisition will enable EdgeUno to expand the products and services it already provides further into Ecuador and leverage the enterprise market products and expertise that New Access has into the rest of Latin America.
The acquisition is expected to close in the second half of 2022, subject to normal regulatory approvals.
EdgeUno is an Infrastructure as a Service provider delivering turnkey cloud, computing, colocation, and connectivity solutions throughout Latin America and Emerging Markets.
