How do you run a firm whose governance process is quite unlike that of most others? Andrew Miller, CEO of the Guardian Media Group (GMG), has just such a task. Although the Guardian website is a world-leading online news source, he's working out how best to profit from its status while observing a strict code of editorial integrity--and, crucially, without installing a paywall.
