Elion Makes USD 245m in Acquisitions Across Coastal US Markets.

US-based private equity real estate investment firm Elion has made a series of acquisitions totaling 1.2m square feet spread across 10 last-mile logistics assets for USD 245m within the New Jersey, Los Angeles, Miami, Seattle and San Diego markets, the firm said.

The firm's investment strategy is focused on last-mile logistics real estate, targeting infill locations in supply-constrained, core coastal markets.

The acquisitions were completed during 3Q21 and 4Q21 following the announcement of the firm's final closing of Elion Industrial Fund I1 which reached its hard cap of USD 500m in August 2021.

Inclusive of these latest acquisitions, the fund has invested in 3.9 m square feet and more than USD 1bn in gross asset value.
