An Act to enable the Most Noble Alexander Duke
of Hamilton and Brandon, and the Heirs of
Entail of the Lands and Barony of Kinneil in
the Shire of Linlithgow, to charge the Sleeches
or Land to be gained from the Sea opposite
the said Barony with the Expences laid out in
gaining the same. [30th July 1831.]

HEREAS William Duke of Hamilton and Anne Duchess Entail of
of Hamilton his Wife, by Deed of Entail bearing Date the Kinneil.
Third Day of October One thousand six hundred and
ninety-three, and registered in the Register of Entails in Scotland
upon the Fourth Day of July One thousand six hundred and ninety-
four, bound and obliged themselves to resign and grant Procuratory
for resigning their Dukedom and Regality of Hamilton and the Lands
and others therein mentioned, comprehending, among others, all and
whole the Lands and Barony of Kinneil, with Castles, Towers, For-
lalices, Manor Places, Houses, Biggings, Yards, Orchards, Parks,
Woods, Inclosures, Forests, Fishings, Corn Mills, Waulk Mills,
Multures and Sequels
thereof,
Lands within the Sea Flood, win
and to be win, Salt Pans built or to be built, Coals, Coal Heughs,
Tenants, Tenantries and Services of Free Tenants, Annexis, Con-
nexis,
Dependencies, Parts, Pendicles, and whole Pertinents thereof
