Ethisphere Acquires informed360 to Increase Ethics and Compliance Offerings.

Phoenix, US-based Ethisphere, advancing ethical business practices, has acquired Wisconsin-based ethics and compliance technology provider informed360, to allow governance, ethics and compliance leaders to add workflow automation and data analytic tools to offerings, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
As a combined company, Ethisphere and informed360 will offer a full lifecycle approach to enable ethics and compliance teams to improve programme maturity.
