Work-experience partnership seeks young business minds.

CIMA is building on its aim of helping to develop the financial leaders of the future by joining forces with a leading educational charity. The institute has linked up with the Trident Trust, the largest coordinator of work experience in the UK, to help place work-experience students in finance-related roles.

The scheme will put year-ten and year-11 students (14 and 15-year-olds) at the cutting edge of business decision-making by giving them the opportunity to work in the finance departments of CIMA Training Partners.

The placements are registered with the Trident Trust and the charity will work with schools to find suitable participants, conduct health and safety checks and monitor students on placement. The institute believes that the programme will promote the importance of finding business minds to lead...
