Financial Emergency Enactments (Continuance) Act, 1932.

(22 & 23 Geo. 5.) CHAPTER 13.

An Act to continue in force certain enactments passed in connection with the financial emergency which arose in the year nineteen hundred and thirty-one.

[17th March 1932]

Be it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

S-1 Continuance of s. 1 \(3) of 21 & 22 Geo. 5. c. 46, and of 21 & 22 Geo. 5. c. 51.

1. Subsection (3) of section one of the Gold Standard (Amendment) Act, 1931, and the Foodstuffs (Prevention of Exploitation) Act, 1931, which are limited to expire respectively on the twentieth day of March and the sixth day of April, nineteen hundred and thirty-two, shall continue in force until the twentieth day of March, nineteen hundred and thirty-three.
